Follow Zane's Transplant Journey.
We have an update, on Tuesday, January 7th, we got and call from our transplant coordinator at UCSF. She informed us that the transplant team agreed we cannot wait any longer and it's necessary to activate Zane on the Deceased Donor Transplant List. We have been preparing to leave at any moment since that call.
He his nervous but staying positive.
